Mr. Norris has been a licensed trial attorney in Oregon since 1982. He has been licensed in the state of Washington since 2003. He has litigated hundreds of civil cases and personal injury cases to conclusion, from automobile accidents and wrongful death cases to disputes between businesses and construction defect/property damage cases. Mr. Norris started and ran the in-house trial department for American States Insurance in its Portland division from 1991 to 1996.
In addition to his trial work, Mr. Norris has briefed and argued several cases in Oregon’s appellate courts. He started his McMinnville practice in 1996 emphasizing civil trial work and personal injury. Mr. Norris is a founding member of the McMinnville Education Foundation. He is also currently a member of McMinnville Sunrise Rotary, the McMinnville Downtown Association and theMcMinnville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Norris serves on the board of directors of Homeward Bound, a no-kill pet shelter.
